Filipino travelers need to submit Q-Code or health declaration form upon arrival in Korea
According to the Philippine Embassy in South Korea, “individuals who have visited, stayed in, or transited through the Philippines—designated as a ‘Quarantine Inspection Required Area’—and exhibit symptoms of Cholera, Dengue Fever, Chikungunya Fever, Measles, must submit a Q-CODE or a Health Declaration Form to a quarantine officer upon entry in the Republic of Korea.” View
